NYOS Announce New Director of Engagement

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Neil Fox as our new Director of Engagement. This new role within the NYOS team is designed to help embed inclusive practice at the heart of our work and to broaden and diversify our membership, creating positive, sustainable, inclusive opportunities for a wide range of young musicians.

Neil Fox is a highly motivated, enthusiastic producer and event manager who has forged a successful career working across Edinburgh’s festivals. Most recently Neil has held the role of Project Manager for the Edinburgh International Festival’s Learning and Engagement department where he produced all of the Festival’s projects for families, schools and communities. Successful projects in this role include KadamatiPlay On: Stages and the Leith Academy four-year residency.

Neil has a breadth of arts and festival experience having worked as part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Edinburgh’s Hogmanay, and Edinburgh International Film Festival where he held the position of Projects Manager and oversaw key events such as opening and closing galas, open-air screenings, and screenings with live orchestras.
