Lodestar Trio and NYOS Camerata bring Folk Odyssey to Lammermuir Festival

Prepare to hear greats like Grieg and Bartok as you’ve never heard them before. The ever-innovative Lodestar Trio is teaming up with NYOS Camerata to present their Folk Odyssey at this year’s Lammermuir Festival on Saturday 12 September 2026. 

Baroque meets improv as Lammermuir audiences will be treated to incredible rearrangements of Grieg, Bartok, and Dvořák on traditional Nordic instruments, including the Swedish nyckelharpa and the Norwegian hardanger fiddle. We're delighted that several NYOS musicians will appear alongside the Lodestar Trio, including:
