NYOS Strings Highland Tour

The National Youth Orchestras of Scotland and North Highland Connections present Scotland’s most talented and experienced young string musicians in a tour of the Highlands, culminating in a performance in Glasgow.

With director Alexander Janiczek, NYOS Strings will perform Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for Strings, Shostakovich’s Eighth String Quartet, transcribed by Rudolph Barshai and Prokofiev’s Five Melodies, arranged by Joseph Swensen.
